Two ways to receive your linen

With the cleaning agent
Our rider arrives at the agreed time, when the cleaning agent is in the property. He hands over the clean linen in person and leaves with the dirty linen, already sorted and bagged. Nothing is left unattended.

Self-service
You do not need to be present or to arrange an appointment. You give us the access: key box, smart lock or door code. Our rider leaves the clean linen at the agreed spot, collects the bags of dirty linen prepared in advance and sends you a confirmation.

What the service covers
We handle transport, not washing. We deliver the linen you entrust to us, from your laundry, your stock or your home, and we take dirty linen to the address of your choice.
Sheets, duvet covers, towels, bath linen: the cargo bike goes where a van looks for a parking space, and hands the linen over at the foot of the building. For concierge services, it is a reliable way to keep guest changeovers on schedule, even on busy days.

Do I need to be present?
No. Either your cleaning agent receives the linen, or we work on our own with the access you give us.
What if the cleaning agent is late?
We agree a waiting margin with you, stated in the quote. Beyond that, we call you before leaving.
Do you wash the linen?
No, we handle transport. We can deliver linen from the laundry of your choice.
Do you deliver everywhere in Paris?
Yes, across all 20 arrondissements. The inner suburbs are possible on request.
