Transport that respects your profession
We only carry parcels prepared and sealed by the pharmacy. Dispensing and advice remain the pharmacist's responsibility: we handle the trip and the hand-over.
Parcel contents are never opened. The rider hands the parcel to the named person, you are notified at every hand-over, and your patients' information is used only for the delivery.

Who prepares the parcels?
The pharmacy. We carry sealed parcels and never touch their contents.
Do you carry products that must be kept cold?
Mention it in your request: we work out the right equipment and the acceptable trip time with you.
What happens if the patient is absent?
We follow the instruction you give us: try again, return to the pharmacy or a call from you. A parcel is never left without your agreement.
Do you deliver everywhere in Paris?
Yes, across all 20 arrondissements, 7 days a week. The inner suburbs are possible on request.
