Hub oil change, shifter and cable adjustment, chain and chain tension check.

Disc brakes, pads, bleeding and tyres, suited to the weight of a loaded bike.

Wheel building and wheel repair
Building a made-to-measure wheel, replacing broken spokes, centring, truing and spoke tensioning. A cargo bike wheel carries a heavy load: rim, spokes and hub are chosen accordingly.

Made-to-measure parts
A part you cannot find in shops or that must fit your bike? We order it or have it made to measure: wheel, rim, spokes, bracket, rack, box fitting. You receive a quote before any order, with the lead time stated.

Steering, kickstand and fittings
Headset, kickstand, rack and box fittings.

Electric assistance
Battery, connection and wiring checks, and basic diagnosis. Internal motor and battery repairs go through the manufacturer.

A loaded XL cargo bike works far harder than an ordinary bike. Brakes, drivetrain and wheels wear faster, and an internal gear hub needs precise handling and regular maintenance to stay smooth.

A check and the usual adjustments, to keep a bike reliable between two overhauls.

Check of all safety components and the drivetrain, with the Rohloff hub oil change. A detailed quote is offered before any part is replaced.

Planned maintenance for several bikes, on fixed dates, to limit breakdowns and downtime.

Do I need to bring the bike in?
This is decided when we prepare the quote: at the workshop or at your place, depending on the job.
Do you work on other hubs or derailleurs?
Our speciality is Enviolo and Rohloff hubs. Tell us which bike you have, and we will tell you whether we can service it.
Do you repair the inside of hubs?
For internal repairs, we go through the manufacturer or its distributor. We handle diagnosis, adjustments and maintenance.
How long is the bike off the road?
It depends on the job. We state it in the quote.
